GuestPro officially held the inauguration of its new office, which serves as the operational center for the Business and Operational teams of GuestPro Group. This milestone marks an important part of GuestPro’s growth as it continues to develop as a hospitality technology company ecosystem in Indonesia.

The inauguration began with an internal Town Hall attended by the entire GuestPro team. During the session, GuestPro CEO & Founder Putu Surya Sudarmadi shared the company’s development journey since it was first established in 2015, as well as GuestPro’s transformation in 2026 into a group of companies operating through two main offices.

The first office focuses on Product, Technology, and Development as a center for innovation and technology development. Meanwhile, the second office focuses on Business and Operations to support services, implementation, and relationship development with clients.

According to Putu Surya Sudarmadi, this development is not only about the company’s growth, but also about building a stronger foundation to deliver innovation and long-term collaboration.

In the evening, the event continued with a gathering and meeting of the Bali Tech Startup community, attended by startup founders, technology industry professionals, partners, community members, and other invited guests.

The gathering served as a space for networking as well as open discussions about developments in the technology industry, collaboration opportunities, and hopes for supporting the growth of the startup ecosystem and digital talent in Bali, particularly in East Bali.

During the event, Putu Surya Sudarmadi also introduced Covision Innovation Space, a collaborative space initiated by GuestPro to support the development of technology communities and creativity in Bali.

“Through Covision Innovation Space, we want to create a space where startups, digital talents, communities, and creators can connect and grow together. We hope this space can become a starting point for the development of more events, communities, and technology activities in East Bali.”

He also explained that the initiative is part of GuestPro’s long-term vision to build Bali Tech Village, a collaborative ecosystem that brings together technology companies, startup communities, and digital talents from various villages in Gianyar to grow, innovate, and develop together within an interconnected environment.

“Bali has great potential to become a home for innovation and the digital creative industry. Through Bali Tech Village, we want to contribute to building an environment where technology, creativity, and collaboration can develop within an ecosystem that creates a real impact on the growth of the creative economy and technology in Bali.”

Putu Surya Sudarmadi also expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all members of Bali Tech Startup, as well as all partners, communities, and invited guests who attended and became part of the occasion.

“We are very grateful for the support, presence, and spirit of collaboration from all Bali Tech Startup members and everyone who attended. GuestPro does not grow alone. This journey has been built together with many great people who continue to support, collaborate, and believe in the vision we are building together.”

He hopes that community gatherings like this can continue to serve as an open space for people to connect, share ideas, and build a stronger technology ecosystem in Bali.
